Bobby Glover brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across hospitality, restaurant operations, business management, customer service, and team development. Throughout his career, he has helped businesses generate more than $100 million while leading teams, strengthening operations, and creating experiences built around people.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in working side by side with his teams, listening, understanding the details of the operation, and building with intention. Seventh Sky Coffee Lounge brings that philosophy to life through exceptional hospitality, meaningful connection, and an environment designed to leave people better than when they arrived.
